These Terms apply when you use the Coastal Care Detail LLC website, request a quote, schedule service, or approve work.
1. Our Services
Coastal Care Detail LLC provides RV roof repair, RV roof coating, RV detailing, and RV interior remodeling. The work included in your project will be listed in your approved quote, estimate, work authorization, service agreement, invoice, or other written project disclosure.
2. Quotes and Changes
Quotes are based on the information, photographs, measurements, and visible conditions available when the quote is prepared. The scope, price, or schedule may change if we discover hidden damage, inaccurate measurements, prior repairs, unsafe conditions, or work not included in the original quote. We will request your approval before performing additional chargeable work whenever reasonably possible.

4. Scheduling, Access, and Weather
An appointment is confirmed only after Coastal Care Detail LLC confirms it. Arrival and completion times are estimates. Work may be delayed or rescheduled because of weather, travel, material availability, site access, safety concerns, or conditions discovered during the project.
The customer must provide safe and lawful access to the RV and work area and obtain any required permission from the property owner, campground, storage facility, association, or site manager.
5. RV Condition and Customer Responsibilities
The customer must disclose known leaks, water intrusion, soft decking, structural damage, prior repairs or coatings, mold, damaged fixtures, and other conditions that could affect the work. Coastal Care Detail LLC is not responsible for pre-existing or concealed damage that was not caused by our work.
Before service, the customer must remove valuables and personal belongings from the work area, secure pets and occupants, and prepare the RV as stated in the project disclosures.
6. Deposits and Payment
Pricing, deposits, payment schedules, accepted payment methods, and any refund terms will be stated in the applicable project documents. Unless otherwise agreed in writing, final payment is due when the approved work is completed.
7. Completion and Warranties
Customers should inspect completed work when reasonably possible and report concerns promptly. Any workmanship or product warranty applies only when provided in writing for the specific project. Warranty coverage, exclusions, maintenance requirements, and claim procedures are controlled by those written terms.
8. Communications
We may contact customers about quotes, scheduling, project updates, payments, and service-related matters. If you consent to text messages, message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to end text messages or HELP for assistance. Consent to marketing messages is not required to purchase service.
9. Website Information and Liability
Website content is general information and does not replace an inspection, approved quote, written scope, manufacturer instructions, or project-specific disclosure.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Coastal Care Detail LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages. Any liability for a service-related claim will not exceed the amount paid for the specific work giving rise to the claim, except where applicable law requires otherwise. Nothing in these Terms limits rights that cannot legally be waived.
10. Connecticut Law
These Terms are governed by Connecticut law. If one provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in effect.
