2. Scheduling and Appointments

Appointments are scheduled based on availability and are not guaranteed until confirmed by Coastal Care Detail LLC.

Appointment times are estimates and may be adjusted due to weather conditions, vehicle condition, traffic, equipment issues, or other unforeseen circumstances.

3. Mobile Service Requirements

Customers are responsible for providing safe and reasonable access to the vehicle being serviced.

For mobile appointments, customers must ensure:

  • The vehicle is accessible at the scheduled time.
  • The service location is safe for technicians.
  • Local rules and property regulations permit detailing services.
  • Any required permissions from property owners or management have been obtained.

4. Vehicle Condition

Customers agree to disclose any known damage, defects, aftermarket modifications, paint issues, ceramic coatings, wraps, or other conditions that may impact detailing services.

Coastal Care Detail LLC is not responsible for pre-existing damage including but not limited to:

  • Paint defects
  • Rock chips
  • Clear coat failure
  • Oxidation
  • Scratches
  • Interior wear and tear
  • Damaged trim or upholstery

5. Personal Property

Customers should remove valuables and personal belongings before service.

Coastal Care Detail LLC is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged personal items left inside or around the vehicle.

6. Pricing and Payment

Prices provided through quotes are estimates based on information supplied by the customer.

Actual pricing may change if vehicle condition, contamination levels, service scope, or size differ from the information originally provided.

Payment is due upon completion of services unless otherwise agreed in writing.

We accept approved forms of payment including credit cards, debit cards, electronic payments, and cash where applicable.

7. Cancellation and Rescheduling

Customers may cancel or reschedule appointments with reasonable notice.

Coastal Care Detail LLC reserves the right to charge a cancellation fee for appointments canceled with insufficient notice or for customer no-shows.

Weather-related rescheduling may occur at no penalty when conditions make service impractical or unsafe.

8. Satisfaction Policy

Customer satisfaction is important to us.

If you are dissatisfied with a service, you must notify us within 48 hours of completion so we can evaluate and address the concern.

We reserve the right to inspect the issue and determine an appropriate resolution, which may include a touch-up or re-service when warranted.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Coastal Care Detail LLC shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the use of our website or services.

Our total liability for any claim related to services performed shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim.
